Parents, carers and professionals will have access to the latest child development and parenting information, as Barnados will coordinate a number of seminars and information events in Shellharbour. High profile speakers and specialists will present sessions relating to the four identified topics: Child Health and Development, Early Literacy, Nutrition, and Behaviour Management for children aged 0 - 5 years. All parents and carers of children aged 0 - 5 years and all professionals supporting families with young children are invited to attend the events. Information flyers about events are circulated through all parenting services and agencies in Shellharbour, and also publicised in the local free papers, on radio and on our website.
